SANDQVIST is a Swedish brand that’s inspired by the Scandinavian nature. It’s knows for its bags and accessories that cater to an urban audience. Founded in 2004 by Anton Sandqvist, his brother Daniel and their friend Sebastian, the company quickly became a global player. Their collection of cotton canvas bags are available in 25 countries and in 2015 they added an all leather women’s range to their portfolio.
STUTTERHEIM Raincoats is a Swedish luxury fashion brand that specializes on, guess what – raincoats. Founder Alexander Stutterheim took a simple garment like his grandfathers’ raincoat and created an all-weather jacket that is both, functional and stylish. Since 2010 the company, who believes that “creativity is inspired by melancholy” has come a long way and is nowadays producing hats, bags and outerwear, too.
SUSANNE KAUFMANN produces her natural skincare and cosmetics products entirely from Alpine plants. The mother of two founded her holistic skin care line in 2003 secretly in Austria’s Bregenz Forest. But just like with all good things, they don’t stay a secret for long. The efficacy of her organic and locally sourced active plants and the additional benefit of the beautiful packaging – envisioned by her architect brother and his friend – has been too convincing!
HIITU means feather in Caddo, the language of Native Americans originating from Nebraska, where the brand’s founders Carlotta and Rosalie have their maternal roots. The sustainable lifestyle brand founded in 2015 is selling fairly traded and high quality accessories „made with good vibes“ – starting from sunglasses straps, maasai cuffs to candy rings and kikoi pants.
HEMSLEY + HEMSLEY is the company of sisters Jasmine and Melissa Hemsley. They call themselves „home cooks and food lovers with a passion for wellness and delicious, nutrient-dense food“. The sisters founded HEMSLEY + HEMSLEY in 2010 as a bespoke food service, with a soon to follow blog, TV series and cookbooks.
