How to – master the new trend color like a pro
Forget millennial pink and embrace the Generation Z Yellow
Easter is around the corner and you start seeing everything in yellow? Plus, you have never been a big fan of the Millennial pink? Well you are not alone. All those Instagram shots with all-pink restaurants, cafés, bars, and shops have become so cliche. Let’s say it – pink has become boring. As the Millennial’s favorite color is loosing popularity, the so calle the Generation Z’ers (born between the 1990s and 2000s) have just introduced their alternative: the “Gen Z yellow”. Don’t think about bright yellow, but something warmer – something in between marigold and french mustard. We all know – me included – how yellow can be difficult to pull off and how tough it is.
However, there are tons of ways to wear it without looking like Pikachu or a chick straight from a cartoon. Just think about Marques Almeida, Tory Burch and Jacquemus. The color is popping up on bags, hats, iPhone cases, and swimwear!
