How to – get ready for next season

The A/W 17 trends that you will fall in love with

Audacity is the keyword for next season. And you need to be brave to carry off the deluge that have ruled the runways in the fashion capitals: mauve and pink, electro furs, couture red and glitter lurex from head to toe. After a summer season in honor of the 90s minimalism, next winter we will see a lot of glitter, sharp shoulders, oversize… So be daring, explore the trends and get ready to rock an explosive silhouette next winter. Sales are almost over and the new collections are hitting the stores. We have put together a little preview of our favorite trends for the next season.

1.Sporty leisure suits

Leisure Suits is one of my favorite ones. Not just because of the name, but also because I love being comfortable! Next season will be dedicated to sportswear and cozy outfits inspired by technical clothes. Embroideries and prints will make the looks feminine. The best way to style it? With contrasts…

2.Mid-length skirts

Major designers like Christian Dior, Loewe, and Victoria Beckham are pirouetting toward ballet beautiful styles this fall. They showcased a flattering skirt hemmed at the calf with full, flouncy movement. No reason not to like them…and you can easily wear them with a pair of sneakers or boots! Perfect for every occasion.

Velvet is a never ending crush – for me a for the designers! This season they’re cutting designs from the rich fabric for jewel-tone formalwear. Velvet is perfect for the midseason and is definitely versatile. Keep this in mind when dressing for a fall wedding!

4.Couch florals

The Seventies are taking over our closet again. Designers looked to their aunt’s living room this season, applying vintage floral prints to everything from casual tops to princess gowns. From the fabrics (shearling, corduroy) to the colour palettes (sticky toffee, caramel, camel) and attitude. It’s a real couch dressing.
