Between meetings, deadlines and hours hunched over your desk, it can be hard to make time for a proper workout. Yet, if you are working on a computer all day long, your body needs to make up for the sedentary times. So get moving! Whether you hit the gym, go to a yoga class or take it outside for a run is up to you. The important thing is that you do it regularly. We’ve compiled a couple of workout that might be just right for you!
Step up your game by walking as much in-between desk hours as you can. Why not go for a run during lunch break? It is the easiest kind of sport you can do. All you need is a good pair of running shoes and a comfy sport outfit. No further equipment required.
Similar to running, swimming is a very intense full body workout but it gives your joints a break. Start slowly by swimming five lengths, take a rest and repeat five times. If you do this twice a week your body will tone and muscles build up automatically. The nice plus is, that you can relax in the sauna afterwards or add a beauty regimen in the spa.
